Learn more about CBY!

Congregation Beth Yeshua (CBY) at 28 S. New Middletown Rd in Media, Pennsylvania is a Messianic Jewish congregation made up of Jewish and Gentile believers in the Messiah Yeshua (Jesus).  It is a part of a growing worldwide movement known as Messianic Judaism. Messianic Jews believe that Yeshua (Jesus) is the promised Jewish Messiah whose death fulfills Hebrew Scripture in providing a permanent kaparah (atonement) for sin. When you visit Beth Yeshua, you will experience a community of like-minded Jews and Gentiles who worship the G-d of Israel in a Jewish environment, celebrating the Jewish holidays and festivals and raising their children to know and follow the G-d of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

A typical service at Beth Yeshua includes traditional Jewish liturgy, as well as a worship team who seeks to lead the congregation in encountering the Ruach HaKodesh (the Holy Spirit) as they sing praises to the G-d of Israel.  Our congregational worship also includes “Davidic Worship,” a unique form of Israeli folk dance, adding joyful vibrancy to our worship.

Tithes & Offering

Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. (2 Corinthians 9:6-7 NIV)
